Øyvind Clausen Bade

Øyvind works primarily with employment law, privacy law and dispute resolutions.

For over 15 years, Øyvind has assisted Norwegian and international businesses and private individuals in all areas of employment law and with compliance with GDPR. Øyvind also provides assistance in general business law and contract law. Øyvind has extensive experience in advising, conducting negotiations, leading employment law processes such as business transfers, downsizing and reorganizations, as well as litigation assignments for the courts. Øyvind has worked at Ro Sommernes since 2009 and joined the firm as a partner in 2021. Øyvind holds a Master of Laws from the University of Oslo in 2009.
